The office staff and dr’s response time are negligent. On three separate occasions they refused to return calls to us, our insurance, or the pharmacy; even lying about submitting a prior authorization. This resulted in a lapse in our child’s mental health meds three different times. The last time our child went a week without a critical med causing a severe mental health crisis requiring intervention. There were definitely positives. It was easy to get an appointment, complete my assessment, receive a diagnosis, and coordinate medication changes. My provider was also very flexible with scheduling. I’m a student and had to travel out of state for a summer internship, and they accommodated both virtual and in-person appointments. One day I was running late for an in-person appointment, and she switched it to virtual without any hassle. Drive through treatment. I haven’t been treated for years but have had a very hard time postpartum and finally decided to see a psychiatrist. She threw me on the meds I was on 6 years ago without asking a single thing about my current status. In and out in 20 mins.
