Be careful of all the fake reviews on here. People get rewarded for fake reviews. Anyone that knows anything about this company the only answer is Run!! Do your research online. Andy Ritan is a joke.
Not every helpful. I had to call multiple times to actually talk to somebody about my application. They definitely seem like a company that makes money off of application fees.
Application was denied because I had a learners permit and it was not considered a valid Georgia License so they could not take it. Dmv gave a twmp that they did not take and no world on anything when I provided the offical that came in the mail
If I could give a review with no stars, this will be it. The inventory is beautiful, but having to drive at least an hour to see a property, using Rently and not even be able to view the property is disheartening. This happened twice. I understand your business hours are a 9-5, But to not even be able to contact someone after hours to get a code is giving me we don’t care about you just your money vibes.
