The contrast between this group and the other groups that have managed my office building at Druid Chase for the past 20 years are unfortunately very apparent. They have been the least willing to accept a reasonable request from a long term responsible tenant and are defensive and not accommodating. I pay a high rent for a Class A building. For well over a year now, there has been foam board placed along the first floor hallway to "protect" the walls from construction. If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was broken into in the parking deck of this properly and they will not let me park my car in a closer and more visible space. I do not feel safe and the property manager at the Shadow wood business complex isn’t doing anything about it.
