WORST moving experience of my life! I was moving out of a 1 bdrm apartment with only a sectional, a queen bedroom set and boxes. All other furniture was sold. It took 3 men 7 hours to move these few items. That's not the worst part. The worst part is that these men destroyed my never lived in, brand new home. This house took 6 months to build and they ruined it within minutes. They took no care in moving my items and were complete idiots. RecommendedThese guys showed up on time, were flexible when we had to add a third location, and they got all of our stuff safely transported in 3 hours. (We were expecting it to take all day and were pleasantly surprised.) They were friendly and quick. I highly recommend!
Atlanta Pro Movers was the absolute worst moving experience that I have ever had. These movers lost items, they were 2.5 hours late, and they refused to refund an appropriate amount based on the poor service that was provided in addition to the significant costs/penalties incurred for building freight elevator reservations as well as lost items. These movers or whoever decides to answer the phone have bad attitudes and are very unprofessional. I understand that weather and road conditions play a role and it’s frustrating however learn how to answer your phone so that there can be some communication with your customers. I would not recommend this company. Get your attitude together so you can run a professional business.
After reading the reviews i was skeptical but i gave them a call and they informed me that there is another company call Atlanta Pro Move and they aren't affiliated. On move day i was completely satisfied fast friendly and professional shawn and Deric were great �
