Absolutely terrible. The billing department charged the wrong insurance and so we received a bill for $600 blood work. We tried NUMEROUS times and left multiple voice mails and never got any help or a single phone call back. Awful. Terrible service. The staff should be ashamed of themselves but they don’t care. They just stick their noses up and act like they didn’t do anything wrong.

Getting the help I need
Poor front deck customer service they enjoy leave people waiting on standby 20mins till point force call back. Lady’s sound annoyed by people. On top of that doctors need be more professional and search for health issues and not seem annoyed. But most primary care and the hospitals in the Clayton county are pretty bad. So bad that think about moving out the area go more North since south education & medical is one star rated.
