Expedient contact. Very courteous and informative. Unfortunately, the truck sold very quickly; however, they still responded to let me know.

Contact was made shortly after submitting request for specific vehicle, CarGurus has been in touch to inform me of the status of several vehicles they have for sale. very prompt and thorough Co.
The dealer was helpful at the beginning. Once i got there to actually see the truck, it was horribly misadvertised. The brakes were scrubbing. The DVD player didn’t work. The sunroof was leaking. The mirror was held on by a wood screw. There were dents in the roof that were not disclosed, even after i had asked if there were any dents. The dealer was very misleading.

As far as the brakes grinding , when vehicles stay parked for weeks there is superficial dirt and rust that builds up on the rotors hence the grinding.
