I have been ordering pine straw for our town home community for many years and have never been disappointed. The entire process couldn't be easier...from placing the order with Deana to the actual delivery of the pine straw. This is the first year that I have actually watched the crew lay the straw. Luis, the Crew Supervisor, was extremely thorough and organized. His primary goal was to be sure we were 100% satisfied. If I could give zero stars, I would. Mainly for the false advertisement. I ordered bales. Their site talks of bales. The pictures on the site are of bales. They show up with rolls. Plus, they didn't let me know when they got here, so I couldn't count the rolls they were delivering. If I wanted rolls, I would have gone to a company selling rolls. So how am I supposed to know,I got all the pine straw I ordered, if the company is going to show up with a completely different quantity of measurement. What a JOKE!!! In addition, t... read more
