The pharmacy is terrible trying to call about meds calling corporate people need their meds stop playing phone games and answer it tighten up

My neighbor store store is a busy location lines always long most people there are friendly n professional. Need a better selection sometimes but overall pretty good
Don't bother making a vaccine appointment. They will make you wait for 30 minutes before even getting ready to give you your vaccine. We had to leave before we even got a vaccine because we had to get back to work.
I am very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received at the Kroger Pharmacy on 590 Cascade Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 and have also experienced this at other locations. At many Kroger pharmacies I’ve called, you can hear the employees answer the phone and place it back down and mute the phone to get customers to hang up. I’ve experienced this too many times and no one should have to be given the runaround to receive medicine.
