Never notified me that they didn’t have my script in stock. I called 6hrs after they received it to see what was happening. Told me it wasn’t in stock but would be ready next day at 2pm. 1:30p the next day I called to find out it wouldn’t be available for several more DAYS. This is medicine I NEED immediately to be able to move without extreme pain. They should call when scripts are not in stock and they should call providing updates. This Kroger pharmacy is terrible. Even when your physician sends in your prescriptions they do not fill them until you arrive and then you have to wait 30 min. WHEN JONATHAN WAS THERE THE SERVICE WAS SUPERIOR. What a mistake on Krogers part to let him get away. He cared about you as a patient, explained any medication concerns, had your meds ready AND remembered your name…BRING JONATHAN BACK. New guy not working out!
