They terrible customer service. Lady answered phone like she was smacking on chips and like I bothered her. Calling to ask of I have an appt for my son due to attempted suicide. I told her the birth date and name. As I tried to explain that its been 2 weeks she interrupted me and said she hadn't received the referral from the doctor office. After acknowledging that doctor office sent the referral over twice. She just interrupted saying haven't seen it and they will call me when they receive it. And hung up.
