We had an outstanding experience at Atlanta Pediatric Dental Specialist. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient with our kids. The dentist ( Dr Gulati ) took the time to explain everything in a calm, kid-friendly way, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Gulati is extremely patient, thorough, and caring. My daughter is 4 years old and needed extensive dental treatment, so we were very nervous. We had seen two other pediatric dentists before her, and both decided on a treatment plan very quickly (2-3 minutes top). With Dr. Gulati, the experience was completely different. She carefully examined each tooth, took additional X-rays to look more in depth, and talked to us in detail about each tooth that needed work. My kids had their first experience at the dentist today. The staff was extremely patient, professional and so kind. It truly made the whole experience a lot less scary for my kids! I definitely recommend this practice if you’re looking for a new place to go with your Family.
Dr. Gulati and her staff did an excellent job with our special needs’ son. She is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. We’ve been with her practice for over 10 years and have been very pleased.
If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. The office is incredibly unorganized, and the wait times are absurd. If you have a family of two or more, prepare to wait in the office for over three hours. The scheduling system is completely flawed. I’ve heard whispers among the staff that there’s no manager on duty, leaving only the doctor and the doctor, who is never available.
