Dr. Shaner....the absolute BEST!!!! Originally saw him at West Cobb for consultation, he was down to earth. He made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease for the wisdoms and regular tooth she had to get pulled. We came to the appointment, they put her under and she STILL struggled with staff when trying to pull her teeth. No problem!was the attitude with Dr. Shaner, we’ll just have her come to the East Cobb office and have the anesthesiologist put her under and we’ll do it then. I was embarrassed, he chuckled...lol. They have been holding our refund of $1200 since April. We have contacted them multiple times and get the run around, one excuse was that they only issues refunds twice a month but it’s July now and still no refund. Any advice on how to get our money from this office?
I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Shaker was wonderful. Everyone in the office is kind, welcoming and makes you feel at ease.
