Went AOFS Calhoun, GA office by referal from our dentist. Showed the lady at the front desk our dental insurance company card at the time of appointment and my daughter was sent back for an exam. Later billed for the entire exam with the excuse that they did not take our dental insurance. Really! That should have been disclosed before the exam at the front desk. When I got the statement in the mail for the exam, I talked with the fininicial lady in the office (in person) and the only excuse she could come up with was, "the g... read more
