RecommendedI had a wonderful experience with my oral surgery yesterday. The staff was very friendly and caring and Dr Belinfante was the same and very professional. I was extremely nervous and he was very reassuring.
Dr. Belinfante is a true professional, very good and caring doctor, clear, precise and keeps track of you after the procedure, I will recommend him to anyone looking for his specialty
There billing and claims department is AWFUL! I am receiving NO assistance in that department at all. I guess they have no reason to help because they have already received their $3,000 in fees paid in full. They billed my husband’s medical and dental and when I asked them to please bill my dental insurance, I was told they only bill two insurances. I was like really? I had surgery yesterday to extract two teeth. I must say that I dreaded the experience, but I'm very pleased to say that the procedure was done without any pain. Today after about 27hours, I still haven't experienced any pain. I took the pain pills to stay ahead of the pain, but today I haven't had any pain at all, even though I stopped taking the meds. I have seen Dr. Belinfante twice for extractions and an implant. Without question, he is not only personable but also is thorough with explanations of what needs to be done. After the procedure, he personally follows up with you to see how you are doing and if there are any questions, which is very appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Belinfante and the Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery center.
My husband was referred to Dr. Belinfante because he was having an issue with a tooth that needed to be extracted and he also needed an implant a well.. to say that his experience was pleasant would be an understatement.. his experience in his words was AWESOME!!!. He hasn't experience any pain and the next day to our surprise Dr. Belinfante himself actually called to check on him..
