Cathy made my entire experience a traumatic nightmare. She was rude and mean and she repeatedly made me cry. On one ocassion she stormed out of the room and slammed the door while I was hyperventilating. I have super severe anxiety and she refused to work with me. It was a horrifying experience and I'm still having pain two months after surgery. However, I'm now too scared to go back.
