Mr. Hall is a true professional. He took the time to explain the entire remediation process, walking me through the inspection and the necessary steps to ensure my home was safe again. It’s rare to find an owner so hands-on and genuinely committed to the well-being of his clients.

Their team left visible mold spots behind and didn’t properly seal the affected area. They also left equipment and debris in my home and never returned my calls to fix the problems. Very disappointing.

Their crew showed up late, left a mess, and didn’t communicate delays. The work looks okay, but the pricing and service were terrible.
