Mr. Parnell Hall and his team, Gary and James, did a great job removing mold in my basement and crawl space. They were punctual, trustworthy, and provided friendly and “no nonsense” service solutions to solve my problem. Thank you all very much!!
Atlanta Mold & Cleaning had poor communication. They didn't keep us updated on the status of the remediation, and we had to constantly follow up.
We wanted to refinance our HELOC to a fixed rate mortgage. But, since the inspector found water stains from some old damage to the house, the underwriter required that we go through a mold removal process. Parnell is the one that the loan company recommended. I got a few other quotes but his was the lowest and most straightforward. Parnell and his team showed up on time and did a great job including cleaning up after finishing the mold remediation. I would recommend them for any job that involves mold remediation.
