I purchased a roperty from this builder in February 2021. Because of the construction next to me we find out that the sewer line was never reported to county and going across my neighbor's property without any permit or paperwork. So he decided not to fix that problem and he just simply blocked my number... He ignored letter from my lawyer so I have no choice then going to the court which will cost me A LOT of $$$.$$$.$$ P.s. There was a second line that was never recorded in country that I just find out in October 25th ... ... read more
