On Sept. 7 2020 I contacted Splendor Koi pond co. to come out and clean out my pond. The pump was working fine and need no adjustment but the pond badly needed cleaning. Two guys worked half a day cleaning out the pond and I was charged over $1600.00 by Chuck the owner for the pump cleaning which I thought was major overcharging! I would never recommend any future work with Splendor Koi pond! Wade Geary

I have used Splendor Koi since they opened about 10 yrs ago, and have always had great service and dependable work done. They stand behind their work and products, unlike many pond companies who seem to go in and out of business regularly! They are busy, for good reason, as their services are in demand, but get that appointment! As a long time customer, I have found that if an emergency comes up, they are quick to come..quite comforting for the pond owner!
