I have used Splendor Koi since they opened about 10 yrs ago, and have always had great service and dependable work done. They stand behind their work and products, unlike many pond companies who seem to go in and out of business regularly! They are busy, for good reason, as their services are in demand, but get that appointment! As a long time customer, I have found that if an emergency comes up, they are quick to come..quite comforting for the pond owner!

I stopped in about 2 weeks ago. Having NO knowledge what to do and where to begin they were very thorough with me and made some great recommendations. I'll be back once the time is right and my pond is in better shape to buy some fish! Great customer service!
I've had ponds for 25 years and about 3 years discovered Micro-Lift Algaway 5.4. This is the best product EVER for algae control. I HIGHLY recommend it - it absolutely works!!
Our pond was green, the fish were gasping for air and the pumps could not stay unclogged. We went in and got advice, products and guidance. This morning our pond is crystal clear. Thanks so much!!!
