Absolutely terrible service, I paid him over $10,000 for HVAC and plumbing, he did a terrible job on the plumbing, everything had to be replaced. The HVAC work was started and never completed, he kept coming up with excuses for not coming and finally stopped answering or returning calls,. The majority of the work that he did will have to be torn out and the new company said that the materials that he used were outdated and very poor workmanship. I paid 460.00 to this company. I haven t received no work. This company refuses to give my money back. Tears. Widow with 12 kids. No air condition repaired. Just took my money.
Great company.
We stumbled across Vincent last year when our heat went out in the very cold winter and we had a baby in the house. He came over immediately and stayed with us until he was able to get it working again. We have called him a few more time since and he is at our house within the hour. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Vincent and Atlanta King Cool Heating!
