Not Recommended – Think twice before you do it. The front office was eager to have me pay out of pocket upfront, only to later discover they were mistaken on their end. It's been one year since visiting, and their ridiculous billing department has been incapable of issuing a refund. Sloppy and incompetent service. Prepare to spend tens of thousands of hours dealing with your insurance provider to recover your money.
Went here for sharp ear pain and Dr. Walker did an exceptional job at working with me to figure out a solution. I also had a billing issue and they took time out of their day to call me until we figured out what happened. Appreciative of this wonderful customer service!
Could not ask for a better experience. Dr. Andrews is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. He’s professional, kind, explains thoroughly, patient and so good at his job. I just had surgery done to remove a polyp and he has made the entire process seamless. The staff here are great too! I would recommend to anyone.
Dr Brown was wonderful, professional and kind. He explained everything before and after the exam. He gave me tools to use if I had any outstanding issues. I was so comfortable and I felt so heard and I would definitely recommend Dr. Brown to anyone looking for an ENT or any parent looking for someone to help their children. Dr Brown is the best Guy.
You'll receive two bills if you come here for same thing. Received a $450 bill and then another weeks later for $322. Won't be returning.
