Great doctors and staff! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I feel like I play an active role in my treatment plan with a doctor that takes the time to explain things and listen to me.
This office is accommodating and efficient with your time. From cochlear surgery to the audiology department for hearing aids, they really took care of me and did everything possible to help my hearing to the maximum. After a financial mishap with insurance and the audiology department, the financial department really worked to clear up any confusion and help their customers. Ivory was absolutely amazing to work with!
The current payment system is confusing and outdated. Please update it to include electronic options for billing and payments. Despite claims that I have received multiple previous notices, I had not seen them. Your practice is one of the few I've encountered that lacks electronic payment options, relying solely on mail or phone. This is both inconvenient and embarrassing in 2025. I saw Dr. Andrew’s and Dr. Brown in March. Both were very thorough and took my concerns seriously, which is hard to come by these days. Even as a nurse myself, I have difficulty finding providers. They really listened to me and both were very professional and intelligent. I took everyone’s names in the office because I wanted to mention everyone personally, but I lost the paper where I wrote them. The front desk ladies were super nice and funny.
