I been with my doctor for 6 years , dr Andrews is a wonderful doctor and I absolutely love his care, but I been reconsidering changing doctors because the front desk is horribly rude and nasty when trying to schedule an appointment.DESIREE IS SO RUDE, the last two times I called I had to request someone else because she is very difficult and mean to work with. Everyone from the receptionist, the nurses in back and Dr. Scott Brown, all were super friendly and very professional. Dr. Brown had to remove a tumor from my ear, repair my eardrum from where the tumor had torn it, removed two bones, the tumor had grown over and replaced with titanium. Now I can hear much better.
This review is specifically for Dr. Scott Brown. In the 3 years of battling my chronic illness, and of the 25+ legitimate DOCTORS I have seen— Dr. Brown is by far the rudest, narcissistic, ego maniac I have ever been treated by. Your education doesn’t make you better than others, and it certainly doesn’t make you a better person. At the time in someone’s lowest point of life, you made me feel crazy and dumb.
