Bridget is rude and the worst. I can't believe with all the complaints that she is still working there. When people our fighting for there life they need compassion not rudeness and someone hanging up on them. At least train her to be professional with compassion.

They are the most unprofessional organization I have ever used. They do not keep appointments, they do not have staff that are capable of performing their job, they share PHI without your consent. Avoid them at all cost

Go someplace where you are treated, respectfully. I have been visiting this office. I have not received a call back from the office manager as of yet. I was told by the receptionist that, "she doesn't like us putting people into her voicemail." During the visit, I asked to speak to her, and she wasn't available. I have continued to call and call. I had been coming to Atlanta ID group last year for treatment and they were wonderful. Today I asked to make an appointment for testing that I need to do every year, but I'm a few months late. They wouldn't take me because I need a referral. I have medicare which doesn't require me to have a primary and which means I'm not required to a referral. Confused as to why they aren't up on Medicare requirements. I'll get my testing done elsewhere. Good luck people.
