Go someplace where you are treated, respectfully. I have been visiting this office. I have not received a call back from the office manager as of yet. I was told by the receptionist that, "she doesn't like us putting people into her voicemail." During the visit, I asked to speak to her, and she wasn't available. I have continued to call and call. I had been coming to Atlanta ID group last year for treatment and they were wonderful. Today I asked to make an appointment for testing that I need to do every year, but I'm a few months late. They wouldn't take me because I need a referral. I have medicare which doesn't require me to have a primary and which means I'm not required to a referral. Confused as to why they aren't up on Medicare requirements. I'll get my testing done elsewhere. Good luck people.

worst receptionist ever--turning people away from scheduling appointments when they have legitimate referrals should not be your default motive. The day goes by just as fast if you do your job instead of trying to find reasons to get someone else to do it.

This is the best place to go I will never leave as a patient. I felt that my doctor Mr.Steven went above and beyond and I’m very grateful to have found this wonderful network of people in this office. These reviews that are currently listed they are lies this place is by far the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office.
