We worked with Brad Poole’s group a second time to list another house, and they made it so easy! The group seems to assign certain geographic areas to certain agents. We worked primarily with Matt Garner who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We had some work that needed to be done on the house, and Matt stepped in to meet the contractors, arranged multiple quotes, and supervised the work so we didn’t have to take time off work and travel 1.5 hours in Atlanta traffic ourselves.
