Matthew answered my call and was immediately available for a short notice inspection. He spent most of the day going through the house. At the end, he walked me back around the house explaining the issues he noted. Within 12 hrs, I had the full report with detailed pictures and explanations. It allowed me to negotiate with seller afterwards.
Matt was phenomenal. He is the real deal because he has actually built homes so he can spot many things that a typical inspector misses. He has inspected two of my homes in the last two years. Both turned out that he found everything that needed repair or had an issue. He is very friendly, personable plus has a tremendous wealth of knowledge.
