Called practice from the ER because I needed medical records. Front desk and office manager refused to help because I was not physically in Sandy Springs and hung up on patient. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE TO CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!!!!!
He is one of the best doctor I have.
Honestly I felt like my concern wasn’t taken seriously and like I was rushed out. Paid my $75 copay for him to listen to my heart with a stethoscope and pretty much give me the vibe that I’m young and healthy and shouldn’t have any issues. Said he could do a list of tests but the way he was talking was as if I’m not really a concern. Wow just wow. These people could not care less about your time. Had an appt at 2:30pm for a simple blood draw, that's it- nothing else. Front office called me same day offering for me to come in earlier with or without appt because they weren't super busy and it should be in and out etc (I mentioned I was doing this on my 1hr lunch break so I don't have a lot of time with the distance etc).
