Caring and competent professionals
RecommendedDoctors here are great but the Customer Service is TERRIBLE! I've spent over a year trying to get them to send my records to my insurance company so it would be covered and they're still not coding correctly and haven't sent my records. I've left messages for the nurses and haven't received responses until AFTER they were closed (I called the moment they opened at 8am). Dr Flamini is been so patient and kind with my daughter. She’s always felt comfortable around him. He explains and has helped my daughter with the best treatments for her epilepsies. He’s like part of our family now we’ve been seeing him for more than 10 years. The nurses are great too. We have no complains. We highly recommend them.
We love our doctor at Panda Neurology, however, the responsiveness and customer service is horrible. No one will answer any phones at the office, or return phone calls. I have left messages for Scheduling for 3 days in a row now, left a voicemail for the Office Administrator and on the Nurses line and still have not received so much as a call back. I have also emailed the office and reached out via Facebook messaging. All of that effort just to schedule and appointment. I'm speechless.
Met Dr. Flamini today. He was awesome! He was so caring and completely took his time with our daughter and with us. He is willing to start from the first EEG years ago to help find answers and solutions we have been searching for.
We love Dr. FLAMINI. He’s never pushed for anything. My children feel very comfortable with him. He’s managed to establish a relationship with my son who would not even look in his direction at our first appointment. Amelia and the rest of the staff are so nice too. Thanks!
We'll follow Dr. Flamini to the ends of the earth! He has been my son's doctor for over 10 years, helping us to determine what was causing his seizures. He is always thorough, always takes his time with us in the office, and calls us personally to discuss test results. He stood by our side through thick and thin during a very hard time for our family, and still helps us make the best decisions for our son today. I recommend this office and this special doctor to everyone looking for help with neurological issues.
