Front Desk service is nonexistent. There's 2 people who work front desk, and they won't even answer the phone. Every single time I call, I don't get an answer. Customer service needs very significant approval.

We drove from Birmingham Alabama. I would recommend Dr. Khoury to anyone!!!! He is amazing, wonderful bedside manners and genuinely cares. We have been to multiple specialist for my so. And this is the first time I have ever walked out of an appointment feeling confident and at ease. Thank you again
I urge the doctors at this practice to learn about other conditions that cause migraines and mimic migraines such as trigeminal neuralgia!! They misdiagnosed me and said I would have to live with the pain and offered me nerve blocks and medicines that didn’t work. It is a very rare condition that should be well known by neurologists! Thank god I found a neurologist who was educated about this condition who helped me!
Dr Khoury is a true gem. Terrific with children even with complex headache issues and contributing factors that make matters even more complex.
Absolutely did not believe that my daughter was having seizures. So thankful we went to Emory and have been seizure free for almost 7 months.
My son has been a patient of Dr. Berenson’s since birth (4years). He was knowledgeable and kind while working with us during my son’s NICU stay. We’ve continued to see him for years. He’s helped us through infantile spasms and seizures. My son has Cerebral Palsy, and Dr. Berenson listens to our concerns and gives us his medical advice. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatric neurologist!
So, getting anyone to call me back is terrible. I’ve called and left several messages the last month and a half. My daughter even went to the ER 2 weeks ago was told to follow up with neurologist, called no answer left a message, called back, left another message, still no call back. Sent a message via FB was told someone would call me back Monday, so far no one has called me back.
