I stopped in by chance to see if I could have my hair cut, the owner said yes, and did a dull shampoo, cut and blow dry, although when I arrived she was getting ready to leave for the day. The shop is set up really nice and pretty. I was very pleased with my cut, she took time to ask me if I wanted more cut which is rare to me. I had heard great reviews about her colorist whom was gone for the day but I have a feeling I will be going back for repeat business. Great impression and prices are fair.
NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY. I went there for years regularly and always tipped what I thought was extremely generous. In return, upon arriving at my last appointment the stylist was a no show. Mind you, I had to drive an hour to get there, and got no courtesy, last minute call to say-sorry I need to cancel, something's come up.
