let me start by saying the installation of the shower looks absolutely amazing. however the OWNER AMIR DEDIC has absolutely no customer service skills. We only wanted to discuss a discounted price with him since his company quoted us a 6 to 8 business day time frame in writing. they came out July 1st and the glass was installed today July 23rd. Amir never took the phone from his employee to discuss the price which they were told that we could have gotten the same results and probably quicker time frame for $200 cheaper from ... read more
