Shady and unhelpful billing department. Will send balances to collections agencies before they even make you aware of those balances. The lady I spoke (Juanita) lied right to me and told me they sent my statement 10 times not to mention the attitude she was giving me. On top of this, i directly asked how I can pay and she told me that the only way to pay was through the collections agency (another lie). The best experience at a doctor appointment EVER! I was scared thinking the Doctor was going to just send me thru a lot of testing. Instead, I arrived to this office where the staff was pleasant, personable, and professional. The doctor was amazing. She was direct and straightforward in most funny and kindest way.
