the doctor and staff were so nice and wonderful to me and my mom except this lady at the front desk she was very rude and disrespectful to me and my mom
Cannot get in touch with anyone in this office for anything. Dr was great, billing and management is pure incompetence. They don't work, just keep getting paid
The ladies at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. The nurse and the PA I saw were wonderful. Just wasn’t a comfortable environment at the check in and check out areas
I scheduled my appointment. Received an email confirming my appointment and instructing me to arrive 30 minutes early. I arrived 30 minutes early only for the door to be locked. I was left standing outside the door for 30 minutes as multiple staff members walked by me and they finally decided to unlock the door. This was a terrible way to treat someone and a horrible way to welcome a new patient. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was professional, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. I would like to specifically commend Ms. Mariela and her team; their friendly demeanor and clear commitment to excellent customer service made a significant difference in my visit. I highly recommend this practice and give them a 10/10 rating for their professionalism and care.
