This office is now called United Digestive, part of the Atlanta Gastro group. This place is just terrible, I guess it’s not surprising since they are owned by private equity. The doctors do not take time to listen to you about your issues. You get all of 5 minutes of their time where they ask a few questions but don't give you time to tell them of all your symptoms/issues or why you are there. Dr. Katta is a true professional. She was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Willing to answer any questions about the uncomfortable subjects. Went for my first colonoscopy so was a bit nervous, but they made me feel better about the overall process.
the doctor and staff were so nice and wonderful to me and my mom except this lady at the front desk she was very rude and disrespectful to me and my mom
Cannot get in touch with anyone in this office for anything. Dr was great, billing and management is pure incompetence. They don't work, just keep getting paid
