The staff was very polite and professional. Dr. Brown was very knowledgeable and unlike some doctors actually listened to me.
Never notified me that my dr was no longer with the practice and to reschedule my appt until I came in and they were looking confused as to why I was there. Then told me no providers were there to see me that day. I had to reschedule my appt. Called to talk to office manager and poor management there bc she still has failed to reach back out to me. I do not recommend that location. It also stinks in the main lobby of the building.
Atlanta Gastroenterology have poor customer service. First of all the lady was sitting at the front desk wasnt so friendly and looking sleepy. My biggest complaint is the weight time. We got there early for mother appointment which her appointment was 1245 but we got there at 1225 while sitting there i watch them pull 2 people in head of my mother. On top of that one lady appointment was at 120 and they called her to the back. Smh.At this time it after 135 pm. I watch my mother doctor David Rabin going back and forth talking... read more
