Atlanta Gastroenterology have poor customer service. First of all the lady was sitting at the front desk wasnt so friendly and looking sleepy. My biggest complaint is the weight time. We got there early for mother appointment which her appointment was 1245 but we got there at 1225 while sitting there i watch them pull 2 people in head of my mother. On top of that one lady appointment was at 120 and they called her to the back. Smh.At this time it after 135 pm. I watch my mother doctor David Rabin going back and forth talking... read more
She was amazing very nice and very caring 10 cross the board!!!!
The staff was cordial, polite, engaging and thorough. Everyone was so pleasant and attentive. Thank you.
