First of all, gotta give it up to Grace for her stellar customer service!! My insurance company was giving her flack and she went to bat to make sure I was seen today. Absolute superstar. Dr. Nesmith's personality and "bedside manner" absolutely shine. this is the first time in my entire life a doctor has explained a procedure to me and I had ZER0 questions at the end. the man is TH0R0UGH. I'd give them 6 stars if I could! ps-free candy!!
My visits were all 10 's!! Renee, the NP and her MA were fabulous! She took her time to answer any questions and make me feel comfortable. She always responded back quickly on the Portal with any concerns. Also 10's for the Marietta endoscopy center where I had my colonoscopy!! The staff there were unlike any I have ever seen. I was so nervous and they walked me through everything!! The best experience ever!! I will always recommend this place to everyone!
