I never got the endoscopy my primary doctor referred me for. Got billed for P.A. Alison S. Moe (in less than 10 minutes of a consultation) sent me home collecting samples for my entire family when the company they use was going out of business that same week. This facility is horrible. The doctor called my prescription in incorrectly three separate times. Did not respond to my question on the portal, nor did his physician assistant ever return my call. They would not return the call of the pharmacist either. I finally got a human to call me by requesting a call back from the portal. Finally the physician assistant called me because the corporate office emailed her.
