I have been a patient of Dr. Nesmith for years. He is full of knowledge and cares a great deal about his patients. However I wish I could say the same for his medical assistant who refuses to return phone calls for many days at a time. In this case she cannot even return a phone call with in the same business week. I do not know if she is incompetent or just does not care.His last assistant Amanda was perfect at doing this.
