Called the same day and they sent out a technician. The tech billed me $518 for two hours of labor, no parts, and the brakes are now in worse shape than before I made the call. When I talked with the manager he said that is how they do business and I was a “small” customer. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Clean and organized. I toured the facility but have not yet ordered.
I get the lifts unblocked per protocol Guy drops the dock door right if front of me and says I'll be back in an hour after lunch. Instead of taking the literal 83 seconds to drive the lift off the trailer. People that work for a living don't do each other like that. But whatever, I'm used to being disrespected. If you have skirts on your trailer you won't when you leave, and your landing gear will not clear the hump so blindside it....
