really good if you like shady business practices! amazing if you enjoy the property managers assigning your move out date and then getting half your security deposit stolen from you for “early termination.” oh btw this was after paying $3,000+ to break our lease per the terms laid out. they assigned the date to have us move out, which put as at moving out less than 60 days notice of termination, which i thought was out of the goodness of their hearts! silly me. the icing on the cake was getting intentionally ignored for week... read more
We have not had a working toilet in two days. We reached out to the maintenance line and were told no one could come look at the toilets till Monday. This issue began on Saturday. They use an international call center so there was not anything anyone I spoke to on the phone and their in state office is closed on weekends. So no working toilets till Monday between 4-8pm. I do not know why they have a emergency line when it will get pushed off for three days And they just request we put in.
I completely DISCOURAGE using Betsy Meagher and Mary Corder for real estate needs. My experience with them was extremely frustrating, opaque and unprofessional. I found a property that seemed perfect for my family and decided to proceed with the application process. As someone with a long rental history and having owned two homes, I’ve never encountered so much unnecessary paperwork or hurdles when applying for a rental. I used Atlanta fine homes to rent out my apartment. The communication wasn't the best which resulted in me learning that my tenant was moving out two weeks before the lease end date, resulting in a late start for a new tenant search and missing the pick season. They were unapologetic about it and, I don't want to say lied, but said things which were verifiably incorrect, several times. Had to call 6+ times and sent countless emails before ANYONE got back to me. So sad to see your dream home go because there was no communication.
