I completely DISCOURAGE using Betsy Meagher and Mary Corder for real estate needs. My experience with them was extremely frustrating, opaque and unprofessional. I used Atlanta fine homes to rent out my apartment. The communication wasn't the best which resulted in me learning that my tenant was moving out two weeks before the lease end date, resulting in a late start for a new tenant search and missing the pick season. They were unapologetic about it and, I don't want to say lied, but said things which were verifiably incorrect, several times. Had to call 6+ times and sent countless emails before ANYONE got back to me. So sad to see your dream home go because there was no communication.

Lived in a rental ran by them. The absolute worst. Unresponsive. Rigid. Left water leaks unfixed. Created issues returning deposit. Crazy fees on everything. Luckily I had an amazing landlord and we worked everything through without them involved.
