I recently completed my seventh exchange using ADE. They have made a process that sounds very difficult so simple and easy. This is a great way to defer taxes and move investments to a more productive income class. I had 80 acres of farmland where I use to live by dividing it into partials, I was able to sell it and buy seven rental homes close to where I live now.
