This facility really exceeded my expectations! The day before my appointment, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find another clinic in time. The first place I called said that they had availability that whole week and I could call any time to make an appointment. When I called that Friday, they said they were full! Highly recommend. I’ve been to a clinic before to support a friend, and the experience was overwhelming there were protestors outside with posters and flyers making you feel ashamed for your decision. Thankfully, this clinic is nothing like that. It’s tucked away in a private area behind office suites, which already makes it feel safer and more discreet. Never thought I'd be writing a review for this place or reason, but here I am. I wanted to write this review for anyone who may be as nervous as I was going in. By the time time I left I had no worries. The staff were all very friendly, compassionate, & helpful. No judgements from anyone & they were very knowledgeable. I went in at 8:30 scheduled to get the pill option, but during ultrasound I expressed my concerns about that method & they were able to switch me to the surgical option same day with no issues. They just repeatedly tell u to call back and dont do anything
I am delighted with the attention received, in the midst of how distressing the procedure is, they manage to offer you a calm and welcoming environment.... thank you very much to all the staff, I really appreciate the attentiveness that was with me... God bless you
