Maranda helped me sell my condo. She was excellent. She was effective and efficient handling all the routine stuff, and knew the process well. More importantly, she really stepped up when my Buyer was balking at one of the items on the inspector’s list. Maranda called the business that I normally deal with and was able to describe the issue based on the inspector’s report and get a verbal parts and labor cost estimate which, because it wasn’t huge, satisfied my Buyer and enabled the sale.
