This place is a rip off, they take your personal items out of your vehicle and put it in the shed in a charge of $40 for doing that. They have not had my car on the property for a good five days yet. And they’re gonna take everything out of it and put it in the shed like I’m not coming to get in my car. I want to charge me $40 for it. What kind of nonsense is that? Just people trying to get over on people. They tell you and come pick a vehicle you gotta make an appointment. You can’t be late. You can be early, but they have ... read more
....all very pricey used vehicles.... The woman is helpful though but we had a very tight budget. That day, they've got so many cars that there's no room to walk around completely and the cars are trapped behind other cars due to the overcrowding situation. Was a bit jarring. You have to park on other business properties.....storage place across. (Its not far just a different property. )
Do NOT buy any cars from this place. This African man who name is Kelly was rude and unprofessional. We bought the car a week before Christmas and a month later we never received the tags for the car. He stated we need to pay him a $100 and the next car payment. It was a nice car but to many games and unprofessional business behind it. Please DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!! BAD Business, BAD customer service And Unprofessional.
Looks like some people had unfortunate scenarios happen with them here, BUT I have been here multiple times and was treated fairly and with the utmost respect. No issues at all.
Terrible business don’t buy or get your car towed here they will not help you stay away
