Joe, the owner, is excellent with people. He not only has a natural skill, but he also seems to care. At the end of the day, buying cars is a business conversation, but it can’t be understated how much working with good people means something. I have not bought one but two cars from this dealership. Joe is beyond informative and makes the transition easy. I bought a 2017, Mercedes 300 coupe and it is in perfect condition, drives amazing. If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. He sold me a car that literally was burning oil, shooting oil everywhere under the hood, and the car was jerking by the time I got from Windy Hill, where I bought it to Cherokee Street QT. It was covered in ants. I called and messaged that evening and next morning asking him to fix it or refund me, because I only had so much money.I found out after the engine blew that the radiator had a hole in it because the only 1 of 2 blowers were fixed (the mechanic said looks like intentionally t... read more
