Not a terrible experience but could have been better. Seen by a PA named Mallory who appeared to be a recent grad. She was polite and respectful, but wish she focused more on my current issue vs harping on an old doctors note from 3 years ago. It was not until I got home to research breast cysts that I learned about how high estrogen contributes to their growth. Sounds like something I should have been informed about during my visit given the strong correlation AND how correcting that can help prevent cancer. But instead she... read more
I had a wonderful experience with this office. All the staff members were kind, professional, and helpful. Dr. Moen performed my surgery, and she was excellent.
I had my 6-month follow-up appointment at Atlanta Breast Care today. The entire visit was timely, efficient, and the customer service was excellent. Mallory(Dr Bowmans PA) provided great customer service as we discussed my ultrasound results and what would be required for my next visit. At this time, there is nothing more to do other than continue to monitor the mass and follow up as recommended. I truly appreciated the great care, communication, and customer service throughout my visit.
Always a peaceful experience with a host of the kindest people! They have been caring for me since my diagnosis in 2023. You can say I have put my life in their hands. So blessed to have them caring for me!
Dr Diehl and his team are always prompt, responsive and give me all the time I need. I walk in knowing I am in good hands and leave grateful!
