No professional at all!!! Told me they were going to be here from 3 to 5 never show up I called and no awnser... that's not how you do business.. very disappointed!!!
Called to setup everything, left a message, got a call back and scheduled everything. From then on got handed off to a completely different company.

I can’t express how happy I am right now. For a year I’ve been living with dirty carpets that came with my new apartment. I didn’t have high hopes because I’ve rented my own carpet cleaner from Home Depot and tried cleaning my own carpets. After I finished it looked as if I barely did a thing to my carpets. I think I’ve had one of the best carpet cleanings I’ve had in awhile. The tech who was supposed to come to our house gave us a call before he would arrive and was on time! He took the time to vacuum the carpet before cleaning it and giving it a second run through. My carpets looked brand new and my house smelled amazing! Thanks again, we’ll be calling soon!
