The Eastside Beltline is amazing, and a wonderful city resource. I love the art, the native wildlife, and the uninterupted 2 mile stretch. Yes, we all have to share it, and it is make more dangerous by many users, including people walking three or more side by side, kids who are too young and not properly supervised, bikes who ride too fast, runners who are zoned out with their music, etc.
There needs to be a marker for the magnolia tree that stood in center field of ponce park(home of the crackers)
The BeltLine itself is a wonderful experience. I enjoyed the outdoor art, shops, and scenery. The single thing that comes very close to ruining the whole experience is the constant nagging fear that you will be bowled over from behind by a aggressive speeding cyclist.
