Awful experience. I was referred to a lawyer and charged $45 for a consultation. The Attorny will not return my phone call. It’s been 5 days. I called back for a refund as I never received the service. I spoke with Jasmine. She is very unprofessional and gave me attitude on the phone. She literally was silent for 10 minutes. Kept saying “ummm” and then was unable to tell me if I’m getting refunded. She literally told me “I may see it back in my bank account in 7-10 days but she doesn’t know”. What a joke
I got scammed out of $45 I reached out, got a referral for an attorney. No one has called me back. These people took my money!! Scammer!! People looking for help and we all in hard times but yall taking people money! Smh disgusting
I paid them $45 for a service that was never given. When I reached out to the attorney they provided I never received a call back. I left 2 messages, meanwhile they have my money. What a scam.
This is a complete waste of time. Do yourself a favor and don't waste the $45. I spoke with an attorney who was nice, but he was unable to assist me. He was kind enough to call the Association back to get them to find the correct attorney. The person who called me back spoke over me, no doubt out of habit, then wanted me to place a call to yet another attorney.
