I was advised which vehicle to take according to my family size and commute. It's been two years and a half and I've only replaced a tire and the battery. The negative experience seems to come from a previous owner or manager who is no longer there because since 2016 when I got my jeep, I've had only positive experience.

They are honest and knowledgeable in car bussiness . I think they have a good selection and fair pricing
Update: Lucy no longer works there thank god. It turns out my check engine light had turn on because of a sensor. Hernan took care of me and got the sensor fix. I already have had my Yukon for a year with no problems. I recently needed another car for my husband but didn't have any money. I whent around many dealers and everyone wanted 1,500 down. Please!! Please!! This place is a re off I bought a 2005 acura before which is wasn't my plan when I got there the a sales man by the name of herman said take the acura this is the best car in the lot I put $1500 down he said I need $2000 the balance of the $500 hundred in 2 weeks when I got home with the car the whole dash board split in 4 different places. I would not recommend going there. Went there in 2008 and the salesman Hernadez was really forceful, suggested that I get a certain car instead of the one I had my eyes on. They have a payment plan, but suggest when you get there that you pay a different amount (not mandatory; very forceful). I did not get a warranty, but had a few issues. The interests on these cars are ridiculous and within my 2 year contract with them I was never late. SOLD CAR KNOWING OF REAR DIFFERENTIAL ISSUES AND NOT INFORMING SELLER purchased 06 chevy impala on 07/22 for 6500 cash.. advised the car was in great running condition. they fixed brakes which were scrubbing before purchase was final. The following morning i called informing of the awful noise coming from rear of car and they advised me to bring it back in on Monday and let them make sure brakes (which they ahd replaced at time of purchase) and catpillars were ok.
