The boss that works at All Atlanta Appliance Repair is a very truthful business man. In contrast to other appliance repair people on Yelp, the boss literally listened to me over the phone while I explained the problem with my washer. He diagnosed the cause of my issue and told me to two things to my washer before making an appointment for a service maintenance. Completely professional. I'm so used to repair men that are grumpy and only focused on getting to the next job to get paid. But the All Atlanta Appliance Repair repairmen were completely different . They focused 100% on repairing my stove and weren't satisfied until they tested it out themselves several times. I know they have other customers but they made me feel like I was the only one. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.

If you are looking for a customer service oriented repair service look no further. One of the things we all can agree on is that finding a company in Atlanta that knows what customer service is all about is almost impossible. All Atlanta Appliance Repair was wonderful. Just wanted to write a note regarding the outstanding service All Atlanta Appliance Repair provided to us today. After diagnosing the problem on the refrigerator as a broken fan, the technician discovered that he did not have the part on his truck. He called around and located it from an alternate parts store. He returned a couple of hours later with the fan and installed it.

They called each time to lets me know they were coming and they were always here on time. I had a two jobs they did for me and they gave a discount for the second job. I also like the warranty they give on there work. I will definately give them more work when I have it.

All Atlanta Appliance Repair, repaired my noisy LG dryer. Everything from the first phone call to their office to the repair itself was handled very professionally and friendly and in a timely manner. Very happy with the service will recommend them highly.
