Great Experience! The technician that was sent to provide a quote for our A/C needs was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He provided the quote by email as he stated he would. Once we selected to go with Atlanta Air Care, LLC. they arrived promptly and completed the A/C installation with care and precision. Everyone was professional and helpful from start to finish. Daniel assessed what was needed, and the man who installed my new furnace was polite and worked efficiently (actually, he even arrived early!). Only thing I'd change is the payment plan -- wish they offered 90 days same as cash instead of just going thru Wells Fargo for financing. I strongly recommend the team at Atlanta Air Care.
Was extremely satisfied with every aspect of this company. The customer service was great, the technician did a great job finding the problem and fixing it and was extremely helpful with advice on how to avoid continued problems. I highly recommend this company.
They answer their phones right away. They call you when enroute. They provide detailed quotes. They are very good at diagnosis (my issues were looked at by 2 companies, Jeremy found many things that needed fixing that the other vendor did not). They do good, honest work and finish the job right...Jeremy went the extra mile to ensure my coil was replaced, my ducts were all sealed and that my "hot spot" room was no longer hot and in fact is now 1 - 2 degrees cooler than the rest of my upstairs!
The service man was a true professional. He called prior to our appt to verify the time. He arrived as scheduled and was knowledgable and curtious. He completed the service in a reasonal time, made sure to inform me of what he was doing specifically and any auxillary items he may have found while servicing our units. I will definately use this company for all our needs in the future - outstanding service!
They called within 5 minutes of me submitting my request which was impressive. The lead technician came out the next morning and accurately diagnosed capacitor and line dryor problem. The repairs were done below the anticipated cost. Once the tech got into the job he advised me that some of the parts he bought were not necessary and that my cost would be lower. This is rare and highly appreciated
Atlanta Air Care responded quickly to our needs. They are honest, and totally skilled in HVAC system repair and installation. They saved me money up-front and for years to come with the high efficiency unit I purchased at a better price than two other HVAC companies had quoted for inferior units. They did all this withinin 2 days of our moving here from Florida and buying a home here. I would recommend them to everyone!
If I could give Jeremy 10 stars, I would. He walked into a rats nest (literally and figuratively) when he came to look at our HVAC system. Apparently prior owners were pigs and Jeremy had to put in a lot of work to rewrap all the ductwork and get the system fully operational again. He did an amazing job. My contractor friends all said they were impressed with what they saw. Mastic, new wrapping, condensation pump, filters - he fixed all of it. 1st Step- Call AAC! 2nd Step - Refer to step one. Allan was very prompt & professional & gave great advise as I needed a replacement unit from my 30 yr old one. He was on time & was able to install on Saturday to help my tenants from the Freeze coming in 2 days. He spent 13 hours working on the replacment due to complications of gas lines and rerouting them.
