Josh was great. He responded to me quickly, and was able to work through the permitting process with the City of Atlanta for a tree removal without any action required on our part. He was highly responsive, and his team's tree removal was prompt and professional. I can't say enough good things about our experience, and would recommend him to others.
Josh is very knowledgeable and shared sincere, frank advice on how to deal with our water oak. He was able to use a probe to get a reading on the tree's interior density, which it turns out is almost zero, i.e. the trunk is hollow. He coordinated with Decatur's city arborist to arrange permission for us to take the tree down ASAP and submit for removal permit after it's safely on the ground. I recommend him highly.
Working with Josh was a pleasure. His expertise and knowledge was extremely helpful in assisting me with Brookhaven city codes with regards to the trees on my property. Josh even offered to attend my netting to ensure there was an expert in attendance to support me during discussions with the tree canopy on my property. Highly recommend Josh’s services!
I’ve hired Josh and his team twice. Once for tree removal this summer and for some installation this fall. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Both jobs were done quickly and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend Atlanta Arborist Services and am looking forward to working with Josh and his team on future projects!
Josh was excellent. His response to my initial request was fast. His service was exemplary. He knows what he’s doing and submitted all of the paperwork to the city for tree removal. He kept me informed every step of the way. He also drew up an excellent diagram of the trees on our property. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone that needs trees assessed or removed.
